  • A signed and certified application (tis is a form obtained from the architect).
  • A document proving that the applicant owns the real estate property subject to the project (certificate of ownership, lease contract, right of survivorship, right of ….)
  • A certified contract of the architect wherein they clearly state their commitment to supervise the works until obtaining the residence permit or the certificate of conformity.
  • Construction drawing.
  • Borders drawing.
  • Earthquake insurance certificate (design office).
  • Workshop book delivered by the architect.
  • Dimensioned plan.
  • Copy of the National Identity Card (CNIE)
  • Fire safety document.
  • Energy efficiency document.
  • Articles of Association.
  • Specifications.
  • Urban planning information letter from the urban agency.

Note: (incomplete files are not accepted).

  • Urban planning department (counter for receiving files).
  • Communal branch offices (Tikiouine, Bensergao, Anza).
  • The file shall be submitted by the applicant (a natural or legal person), the architect in charge of the project or the legal representative.
