A provisional license for the operation of collective cultural facilities

A handwritten application addressed to the President of the Municpal council of Agadir shall be lodged with the Municipal Clerk’s Office ten days prior to the date of the planned activity and shall include the type, date and time of the activity.
Legal file of the association that requests the operation of the facility for the first time.

The application shall be submitted ten days prior to the organization of the activity.

Its is auhorized to use free of charge the collective cultural facilities for conducting activities internally and those open to the public.

Paid commercial activities are charged as follows:

20000 Dhs per day for Ibrahim Al-Radi Hall.
8000 Dhs per day for the open air theater.
2000 Dhs per day for exhibition halls in cultural complexes and neighborhood facilities.
