  • 2 signed and certified copies of the Request.
  • Copy of the National Identity Card.
  • Stamped Envelope.
  • The Approved Blueprint and 2 copies of Original Construction Authorization.
  • Housing Permit or any document indicating the opening of the construction site.
  • 8 Copies of the elevation Plan.
  • Construction Site booklet issued by the architect.
  • 3 Certified copies of the architect’s contract.
  • Seismic Resistance Certificate

Note: Incomplete applications are not reviewed

  • Central Office of the Planning Department: Cheikh Saadi Avenue (Filing Office)
  • Communal annexes (Tikiouine, Bensergao, Anza)
  • The Application is filed by the applicant (Artificial Entity or natural person), the architect in charge of the project, or a legal representative.

  • Floor Planning Department, Ihchach Administrative annex, Cheikh Saadi avenue (Filing Office).
  • Communal annexes (Tikiouine, Bensergao, Anza)

A Review Committee in charge of inspecting small business consists of:

  • The Urban Commune (Department of Construction/Planning)
  • Province (Department of Construction & Development)
  • The Urban Agency/Commission

  • 6 weeks after filing the Application (Incomplete applications are not reviewed)

  • Public Domain Occupancy fees
  • Registration fees
  • Construction Tax

Note: These fees are regulated/set by municipal Tax decree
